Dear Diary: Entry 24; Gratefulness

Allowing myself to just be grateful.

As I close my eyes and look within I realized that there are a lot of things that I should be grateful.

I am grateful for this morning. I’m awake and I have the chance to see the miracle that might happen to me today. I’m anew and I’m not the person I was yesterday. This is another day for me to make a difference and make myself better.

I am grateful for my train of thoughts. I am able to express my thoughts into writing and make my ideas and emotions materialize. I am not a professional writer but I capture my thoughts and emotions into words. I am simply sharing my sense of self through words hoping that it might help others.

I am grateful for all the battles I’ve been through. God saves me countless of times. He saves me without me knowing. He protects me and gave me answers and miracles in an unexpected situation and people. I’m impatient a lot of times and fall short. I have my shortcomings and yet, God showers me with His eternal grace and love.

I am grateful for this life.

I am grateful for my heart.

I am grateful for my mind.

I am grateful for my soul.

I am grateful for my body.

I am grateful for my experiences.

I am grateful for my failure.

I am grateful for my sorrow.

I am grateful for my fear.

I am grateful for my knowledge and wisdom.

I am grateful for my family and friends.

I am grateful for all the people that I’ve encountered.

I am grateful for all the blessings.

I am grateful for my peace.

I am grateful for my hope, faith, and stillness.

I am grateful for my pain and suffering.

I am grateful for all of my achievements.

I am grateful for everything that happened, happening, and will happen in my life.

I am grateful for this moment.

She's a dreamer. Hopes to be lost in oblivion but the truth is, she just wants to be seen and heard. In quest within and lover of life. This, too, shall pass so I will keep going ; I still don't know. I'll rest for the mean time.
